Q. How can I place an order?

A. The quickest way to place an order is through our website. All purchases made at Lily Boutique are passed through a secure server so your credit card information is protected. All credit card payments are directly processed through our merchant account provider, Paypal Pro. We never see your credit card information.

If your credit card is not accepted or you have concerns about placing your order online, we also offer payment through Paypal. You must have a Paypal account set up to pay us with Paypal. Please send an e-mail to sales@lilyboutique.com and let us know which styles and sizes you would like as well as your shipping address. We will e-mail you a Paypal invoice from which you can pay.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We currently accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

Q. Is it safe to place my order online?

A. Yes. There is no need to worry about credit card safety when ordering from Lily Boutique using our secure server. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the finest software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. All of your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information is encoded so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. More than 90% of Fortune 500 companies use SSL security to protect their sensitive information. We never see your credit card information or have any access to your credit card numbers when you place your order online.

We will then e-mail you an invoice from Paypal from which you can pay.

Q. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

A. Please call or send an e-mail to sales@lilyboutique.com if you need to modify an order after it has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to modify your order as we process and ship them out very quickly.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. We are required to charge sales tax on purchases made in the state of Kentucky.

Q. What is your policy concerning out of stock items?

A. Occasionally an item you ordered may be out of stock due to a discrepancy in our inventory. When this happens, we will send you an e-mail notifying you about the out of stock item and your credit card will be refunded. Don’t worry—we may restock the item in the future and are always getting great new items you’re sure to love!
